Q1: Are you a manufacturer ?

A: Yes, we are 15 years experienced manufacturer located in Surat,India.

Q2: Can we see the led dots through diffusers?

A: Yes, most of our opal and milky diffuser can’t be seen the dots. It also depends on distance from led to diffuser.

Q3: Does it comes with end caps?

A: Yes, but all accessories(endcap,mounting clip and others) sold seperately as per your reQuest.

Q4: Can they be used for outdoor?

A: Yes, it applies to outdoor for some items, but mostly are IP20 for indoor.

Q5: Can I try sample order before formal order?

A: Yes, you are welcome to test sample first but with our minimum packing size.

Q6: Do you have all profiles in stock?

A: Usually the hot sale products are in stock. As for other items, we need to check our stock status for you.

Q7: Can we order special length for aluminum?

A: Yes, any special length within 3.6 meter can be made as you need with itemwise MOQ,Few special design can only make max. 3m long.

Q8: How about the delivery time?

A: If in stock, it needs 3-5 days. If out of stock, it needs 15-25 days from production till dispatch.

Q9: How are the items packed?

A: Standard carton box , wooden box/ pallet can be made upon your reQuest.

Q10: How do you ship the goods?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q11: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we support OEM drawings, provide prototype in 2 weeks.

Q12: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Only in case of complete lighting products we offer warranty upto 5 years.

Q13: Can we be your exclusive agent in our country?

A: Yes, once your volume is large enough then after our evaluation we can consider.
